About Mythforge
Mythforge: Beyond the Horizon is an independently operated Minecraft modpack and community server. The operator uses the name Procyonine. Contact the Mythforge team at admin@mythforge.win or through the official Discord linked on the Contact page. These terms cover mythforge.win and Server coming soon!; external services have their own terms.

Agreement and eligibility
These terms and the published Server Rules apply when you use Mythforge. If you do not agree, do not use the services. Follow the age and account requirements of Minecraft, Microsoft, Discord, and any other provider you use. Where your local law requires a parent or guardian’s permission, obtain that permission before using the service.

Using the service
Use a legitimately owned Minecraft Java Edition account and the latest published Mythforge release. Follow the Server Rules and applicable laws. Keep your account secure. Do not disrupt the infrastructure, impersonate staff, distribute malware, evade moderation, or exploit other players.

Community and moderation
Staff may investigate reports and restrict access for rule violations or security and performance concerns. Staff may pause, modify, or remove harmful machines, items, or builds. You may appeal through the official Discord and ask staff to review the evidence and context. An appeal does not guarantee that a restriction will be lifted. Sharing a build or playing on the server does not transfer ownership of your original work to Mythforge.

Content you share
You retain rights in original content you create. When you share a build, message, screenshot, or technical report through our services, you allow staff to store, display, and review it as needed to operate the community, provide support, or investigate moderation and security issues. This does not grant permission to use your work in unrelated advertising. Share only material you have permission to share, and do not publish another person’s private information.

Security reports
Report suspected vulnerabilities and compromised accounts privately through the Contact page. Do not exploit a vulnerability, access other players’ information, or disrupt services while investigating a problem.

Updates and world data
The modpack and server change over time. Bugs, interruptions, balancing changes, rollbacks, and world resets may occur. We do not promise uninterrupted access or permanent preservation of every build or item. Where practical, important changes will be announced through community channels. Nothing here removes rights that applicable law requires us to respect.

Supporter services
No supporter packages are currently offered for purchase. Listed rewards are not offered for sale until checkout opens. Before paid offers open, their contents, price, duration, billing conditions, delivery process, and applicable purchase terms will be published. Payments will be handled through the external provider identified at checkout; this website does not collect card details.

External services and intellectual property
Minecraft, mod content, and third-party assets remain subject to their respective owners’ licenses and terms. Discord, CurseForge, hosting, and any future checkout provider operate their own services. Mythforge does not replace their account or purchase agreements.

Changes and contact
Updated terms will show a new effective date. Contact the operator through the Contact page if you have a question or dispute. Any future purchase is also subject to the terms disclosed for that transaction; a later website update does not automatically remove existing consumer rights.
