Who operates this service
Mythforge is operated under the name Procyonine. For privacy questions or requests, email admin@mythforge.win or contact staff privately through the official Discord on the Contact page. Do not post sensitive information in public chat.

Website visits
This website has no visitor account system, advertising tracker, analytics script, or payment form in its supplied code. Cloudflare hosts the website and may process IP addresses, request timestamps, browser information, and security logs to deliver and protect it. The site does not set advertising or analytics cookies in its own code; infrastructure or external services may have their own practices.

Server status
The Server page requests status from mcstatus.io. When your browser makes this request, that provider receives your IP address and normal request information, plus the public server hostname. It queries Minecraft’s public status response. The site displays availability and player totals, not a list of player names. Status results can be cached and may lag behind the server. mcstatus.io has its own service practices.

Minecraft server and support
Operating a multiplayer server involves Minecraft usernames and UUIDs, connection addresses, gameplay and chat logs, world and claim data, and moderation records. Information you send to staff may include Discord identifiers, messages, screenshots, and technical logs. This information is used to operate the world, investigate problems, enforce rules, and respond to support requests. In-game chat may be visible to other players; information submitted to public Discord channels is visible to their audiences.

Providers and sharing
Cloudflare, Discord, Minecraft account services, and CurseForge process information under their own policies when you use their services. Server administrators and relevant hosting providers may have access to operational data. A future checkout provider will handle payment information under the terms shown at checkout. This static website does not collect card numbers. Information may also need to be disclosed when required by law or to address a security incident.

Storage and privacy requests
Logs, world saves, backups, and support records may persist after a session ends. Contact staff to request access, correction, or deletion of information relating to you. We may need to verify account ownership and may need to keep records for security, moderation, backups, or legal obligations. Removing a record from active systems may not immediately remove it from backups. Applicable privacy rights depend on your location and the circumstances.

Children and sensitive information
Do not send identity documents, payment credentials, or other unnecessary sensitive information to staff. Discord users must meet Discord’s applicable age requirements. A parent or guardian may contact us about information relating to a child. Child-specific data collection or services require a separate review before introduction.

Public credits and privacy requests
The Beta Testers & Thanks page publishes the credited players’ Minecraft names and current head images using public UUIDs. A credited player can contact staff privately to ask for correction or removal from the page. Gameplay and moderation records are handled separately from public credits. Depending on applicable law, you may also request a copy of your information or object to or ask us to restrict particular processing. Explain the request through the Contact page; staff may need to confirm account ownership. If we cannot fulfill all of a request, we will explain the applicable reason and any records that must be retained. You may contact your local privacy regulator where you have that right.

Retention and access
Records are kept for service operation, support, security, moderation, backups, and legal obligations as described above. Different records may have different retention needs; this policy does not promise a fixed deletion period that has not been implemented. Operational information is intended for staff and providers who need it for those purposes. Ask staff about the records relating to your account.

International services
Third-party providers may process requests and records in countries different from yours. Their privacy policies explain their own processing and safeguards. Public website credits can be viewed worldwide.

Updates
This policy will be updated if the site adds accounts, analytics, payments, or other material changes in data handling. A new effective date will identify the revised version.
