Where do I pay?
When the store opens, checkout happens with the external payment provider. Mythforge’s website does not collect card details.
My reward has not arrived
Confirm that the payment completed and the Minecraft username is correct. Check server maintenance announcements and the package’s delivery instructions. Keep your receipt; do not buy the same package again to fix a delivery issue.
How do I ask for help?
Contact staff through Discord with your transaction reference, Minecraft username, package name, and purchase time. Share transaction details privately; never send card numbers, passwords, or security codes.
Refunds and recurring purchases
Read the published refund policy and the provider’s purchase terms. Use the provider’s receipt or account tools for subscription management, and contact support for unresolved issues.
Are earned rewards affected by a refund?
Paid supporter rewards and earned gameplay rewards are separate. The planned delivery system must preserve earned unlocks when a paid entitlement ends.
